測(cè)試原理
根據(jù)斯托克斯定理，粉塵顆粒在沉降過(guò)程中，發(fā)生顆粒分級(jí)，因而靜止的沉降液的粘滯性對(duì)沉降
顆粒起著摩擦阻力作用，按公式計(jì)算： 
r = 9η/ [2 g (γk –γt )] ? (H / t)
式中： 
r = 顆粒半徑 cm 
η= 沉降液粘度 泊，即 克/厘米?秒 
γk= 顆粒比重 克/厘米³
γt = 沉降液比重 克/厘米³
H = 沉降高度(沉降液面到稱盤(pán)底面的距離) 厘米 
t = 沉降時(shí)間 秒 
g = 重力加速度 980厘米/秒2
當(dāng)測(cè)出顆粒沉降至一定高度H 所需之時(shí)間t 后，就能算出沉降速度V、 顆粒半徑r。所謂沉降分析法就應(yīng)用此理論來(lái)求得顆粒分布情況。
